Adult Primary Care Services

Primary Care for adults is one of the most critical components of promoting health, preventing disease, and managing chronic conditions well. Primary care providers are your first point of care for illnesses and health issues, and can help coordinate specialty care or medical resources as needed. Developing an ongoing relationship with a provider who knows your medical history and who sees you consistently for yearly check ups or whenever you are sick, is one of the best things you can do for your health.

  • Regular and annual wellness visits
  • Labwork as needed
  • Immunizations and boosters as needed
  • Chronic disease management (diagnosis, treatment, ongoing care)
  • Prescribing medication as needed
  • Recommended health screenings
  • Specialty referrals
  • Treatment for minor injuries

Pediatric Primary Care

Our providers are board certified in Family Medicine and love to help children get a healthy start in life - from infancy to young adulthood and beyond.

Pediatric care is best delivered through a qualified primary care provider who can be continuously available to address the comprehensive needs of an infant, child, adolescent or young adult. It is ideal for a child to consistently be seen by the same provider, or at the same practice, so that medical histories are known. It also establishes a relationship between the patient, as well as the patients' parents or guardians, and their provider.

  • Well-child visits
  • Age appropriate vaccinations
  • Monitoring physical, mental, and social growth & development
  • Treatment for minor illnesses and injuries such as ear infections, colds and flu, etc.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of acute & chronic disorders
  • Age appropriate screenings
  • Referrals for complex conditions
  • Support for parents and caregivers
  • Sports physicals (for existing patients only)

Women's Health Services

Routine care for women encompasses several preventative screenings as well as counseling on topics such as contraception and family planning. These preventative screenings are a crucial tool for helping women stay informed about their bodies and specific risks such as breast and cervical cancer. You can have these routine screenings scheduled ahead of time in accordance with your primary care provider.

Please note that we do not offer obstetrics at this time. Patients who have a positive pregnancy test will be referred to an OB practice.

Through a partnership with Women's Health Connection, we are also able to perform well-woman visits free of charge to qualifying patients. These visits include a pap smear, clinical breast exam and a referral for a mammogram if indicated.

  • Well-woman exams
  • Pap smears
  • Clinical breast exams
  • Contraception and family planning information
  • Pregnancy testing
  • STD testing and treatment
